Goals - Lee Animal League The Lee Animal League was formed with the following goals in mind: Promote education and awareness of animal-related issues in the local area. Help sponser low-cost spay/neuter clinics for area cat and dog owners. Putting those needing to report cases of abuse/neglect in touch with the proper authorities.
